A strong background in application development, management, integration and implementation with progressive experience in promoting accountability and awareness around diversity and inclusion, drive employee engagement, skillfully recruit and hire talent, and lead organizational change. A well-known thought leader, Juanita was recognized for her work in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion when PNC Financial Services Group Inc.'s Pittsburgh African American Employee Business Resource Group ranked number one among the nation's Top 25 Employee Resource Groups and Diversity Councils. She proudly displays in her living room the Prism International Inc.'s ERG & Council Honors Award for implementing initiatives that have grown revenue, increased productivity, improved customer service and led to the hiring and retention of diverse talent and demonstrated leadership in the community.
