Juanita Lomax, Enterprise Change Delivery Readiness and Change Consultant with Highmark Health Juanita Lomax is an accomplished IT Portfolio/Project Manager and Diversity and Inclusion champion offering more than 15 years of experience in the IT field and 10 years managing BRG/EBRG (Diversity & Inclusion Employee/Business Resource Groups). A strong background in application development, management, integration and implementation with progressive experience in promoting accountability and awareness around diversity and inclusion, drive employee engagement, skillfully recruit and hire talent, and lead organizational change. A well-known thought leader, Juanita was recognized for her work in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion when PNC Financial Services Group Inc.'s Pittsburgh African American Employee Business Resource Group ranked number one among the nation's Top 25 Employee Resource Groups and Diversity Councils. She proudly displays in her living room the Prism International Inc.'s ERG & Council Honors Award for implementing initiatives that have grown revenue, increased productivity, improved customer service and led to the hiring and retention of diverse talent and demonstrated leadership in the community. Juanita also serves as the Chairwoman of Highmark’s BOLD (Black Organization for Leadership and Development), Board of Directors for CHS (Community Human Services), Governance Committee Chair for CHS, Regional EBRG Co-Chair for Vibrant Pittsburgh, Allegheny Allies Co-Founding for Vibrant Pittsburgh, Delaware Racial Justice Collaborative (DRJC) Member at the United Way of Delaware and in honor of her late father, serves on the Young Professionals Board for the American Heart Association.
