Kaya brings extensive experience as a Director of Childcare, Caregiver, and Independent Contractor, showcasing a strong background in coaching, counseling, and project management.

Throughout her career, Kaya has been a dedicated advocate for diverse communities, collaborating with local organizations and navigating grant-funded programs. Kaya is currently an MSW student at Pennwest University and has certifications in Mental Health First Aid and Trauma-Informed Care reflecting her commitment to continuous learning.
