Lisa J. PerryLisa J. Perry is a collaborative leader with 30 years experience in executive management and education administration. She is a servant leader who brings passion and compassion to her work. Ms. Perry is a lifelong learner, strategic thinker, and a community collaborator.
Lisa has worked as an executive director at Pittsburgh Action Against Rape and Jeremiah's Place. She served as director of individual giving and community engagement at the Homewood Children's Village and chief development officer at the Environmental Charter School. Prior to her work in nonprofits, Ms. Perry worked in private boarding schools in both New England and Pittsburgh. She started her career in higher education as assistant dean of students at Carnegie Mellon University and also served as a career planning and placement specialist at the University of Pittsburgh and Duquesne University. Lisa is a community connector and successfully works to leverage relationships with local and regional stakeholders, the foundation community, and multiple partner agencies. In recent years, Ms. Perry launched Take Flight Productions, an executive and nonprofit consulting firm serving individual leaders and organizations looking to build capacity. A native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Lisa earned a BA degree in Communications from Thiel College in Greenville, PA and a Master’s of Public Management degree from Carnegie Mellon University’s Heinz College. |
